Hi, I Am Ankit Kumar
Every metamorphosis starts with a choice. Mine was marked by the reflection in a mirror, tons of frustration and desire to change many things.
Years ago, you would not have recognised me as the same person I am today. I experienced inconsistency, self-doubt, and was lost in the question of what works in fitness, just like you may be currently facing. It is possible that you tried random workouts coupled with trendy diets, as well as going after the quick fixes, but none of them delivered to you long-lasting results. After this realisation, I adopted a zero-stinking-thinking approach based on my mind and heart.
I remained engrossed in learning all that there was to power lifting, muscle building and nutrition. I read, trained, stumbled, learnt and kept on. By the use of discipline, experience, and indefatigable effort, my body — and more significantly, my life — were transformed.
However, this trip was not just for me to learn. As I grew stronger internally, so also did my desire to help other people. I saw how perplexing and frustrating the fitness world can be. This influenced me to come up with LiftWithAnkit in an effort to simplify things, give proper direction and, more importantly, create a social network where people can be developed at all levels of life.
